Brrics is the engineering team behind SUNSKY — a European travel agency's complete booking platform. A live customer booking site and a 14-module back-office, running in production.

Off-the-shelf booking software rents control. Spreadsheets leak money. SUNSKY needed neither.
Small and mid-size travel agencies are stuck — renting rigid booking software they can't control, or running bookings through spreadsheets, email, and manual invoicing. Neither scales, and both leak money on tax compliance and supplier reconciliation. SUNSKY needed a platform they actually owned: live inventory, real payments, automated documents, and airtight EU tax handling.

Customer Booking Website
Live search and real bookings for flights, hotels, and transfers. End-to-end Stripe checkout with webhooks and fulfilment. Customer accounts and wishlists.
14-Module Back-Office
Mission control for the whole operation — bookings, customers, suppliers, pricing, finance, documents, and reporting across ~90 screens.

Belgian TOMS VAT Engine
EU / non-EU / mixed-destination pro-rata margin allocation, geo-derived hotel VAT, locked VAT regimes with admin override and a full audit trail. Fiscal-grade software, not a form.
Live Supplier Integrations
Hotelbeds (hotels + transfers), GDS/airline feeds via XML, and multiple hotel suppliers — real API/XML with live supplier health monitoring.
Automated Document Generation
Branded, multi-page invoices, credit/debit notes, and vouchers generated as PDFs that always reflect live booking state (PDFKit + Puppeteer).
Finance Safety Systems
Per-traveler pricing, partial cancellations that never orphan payments, incoming/outgoing ledgers, refunds, and end-to-end audit logging.

Live in production for 6+ months — handling real customers, real Stripe payments, and real supplier inventory, maintained and extended by Brrics on an ongoing basis. SUNSKY was our first client. This is what we built for them.
